Prosport International director Mike Makaab has shot down rumours that Tsepo Masilela will return to the Premier Soccer League.
Masilela, who is nursing injury sustained playing for South Africa, spent last season on loan from Maccabi Haifa in Spain with Getafe.
According to KickOff.com, Maccabi Haifa are no longer interested in keeping the Mpumalanga-born left-back, and Kaizer Chiefs are making frantic efforts to lure him to join his close friend Mthokozisi Yende at Naturena next season.
Makaab confirmed Masilela has received a few offers from European clubs.
“There has been some interest in Europe and our focus is to keep Masilela playing there,” he said.
“We will take our time to make the right decision.”
