Portuguese Liga giants FC Porto travel to face French Ligue One side Lille in the Champions League playoffs, with a place in the prestigious competition up for grabs.
The first leg will be played in France, but Porto will still fancy their chances of victory as they’ll be boasting a strong squad with new signing Bruno Martins Indi, Alex Sandro, Danilo, Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro, former Barcelona winger Cristian Tello, Ricardo Quaresma and talented striker Jackson Martinez.
As a result, Lille will have a tough task to see past the Portuguese side despite having home advantage for the first leg, and Ladbrokes are giving odd of 33/20 for Porto to come away with a victory as a result. Porto will be reeling after falling short in the Europa league last season, following elimination from the Champions League group stage.
Manager Julen Lopetegui wants to get the side far in Europe this season, after Porto reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
