PSG keeping tabs on Anderlecht youngster

Paris Saint-Germain are being linked with a January move for Anderlecht starlet Frank Opoku Acheampong, Sud Presse can reveal.

Just like their league rivals Monaco, the Saints have been forced to cut down spending in order to comply with FIFA Financial Fair Play rules, and they are turning their attention to cheaper targets.

According to Belgian media outlet Sud Presse, PSG are keeping close tabs on Anderlecht winger Frank Acheampong.

The Saints officials have taken notice of the youngster’s impressive performances this season and they seem ready to make their interest concrete in the winter.

Acheampong joined Anderlecht in 2013 from Thai side Buriram United, and has since scored 5 goals in 34 league outings for the Belgian giants.

The 21-year-old Ghanaian appears set to nail down a regular starting berth at Constant Vanden Stock seeing as how he started two of three Champions League fixtures while making another substitute appearance.
