PSG keeping tabs on Julian Weigl

French media outlet Le 10 Sport is reporting that Paris Saint-Germain are keeping close tabs on Borussia Dortmund starlet Julian Weigl.

The Saints could be forced to reinforce their midfield area since both Adrien Rabiot and Thiago Motta are being linked with a summer exit.

And the latest reports suggest that Borussia Dortmund youngster Julian Weigl is one of the players on their hit list.

The Saints are unlikely to make their move this summer, but they will continue to monitor the midfielder’s performances next season.

Julian Weigl has enjoyed a meteoric rise over the last year or so, first joining Borussia Dortmund from 1860 Munich and then quickly developing into a first team regular at Signal-Iduna Park.

After impressing playing for the Millionaires in the Bundesliga and Champions League, the 20-year-old was even included in Joachim Low’s provisional Germany squad for the Euro 2016 finals.
