Spurs place £30m price tag on Lloris

Tottenham Hotspur have informed interested clubs that it would take £30 million to sign Hugo Lloris this summer, according to the Sunday People.

It is believed that the Frenchman hopes to leave Spurs for greener pastures at the end of the season and the club look unlikely to stand in his way.

However, with Lloris widely regarded as one of Europe’s top shot-stoppers, they have set the asking price to £30 million.

Manchester United are expected to make a move on the France star in case David De Gea joins Real Madrid, while los Blancos could turn their attention towards the Spurs hotshot if they miss out on the Spaniard.

Should Lloris leave in the summer transfer window, Tottenham would make a move on Peter Cech, who has been playing second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge.

Hugo Lloris, 28, has so far made 97 Premier League appearances for Spurs, proving to be a great signing for the club.
