According to a report on Skysports.com, Teemu Tainio has joined Pascal Chimbonda in taking a medical at Sunderland.
Skysports.com had also broke news of Chimbonda’s medical on Wednesday morning and now he has been joined by team-mate Tainio.
Sunderland have had an ambitious £23 million bid accepted by Spurs for four players. The two above seem to have wrapped up a move while Steed Malbranque and Younes Kaboul are still having discussions with the North East club.

Got something to say?

wicked, good money 4 them! Will be good for Sunderland, especially Teemo. Really think a lot of him, will be the new Roy Keane
Good. Will not be missed at Spurs in my opinion and i think he will suit Keanes style but Steve he wouldnt even polish Keanes boots mate so dont even try to compare him.COYS
THINGS MIGHT WORK OUT BETTER FOR SUNDERLAND THAN IT DID FOR SPURS WITH THESE SIGNINGS BUT I AM STILL HOPEING KABOUL WILL STAY AT THE LANE .
