Croatian striker Ivan Klasnic has completed a permanent switch to English side Bolton Wanderers after a successful loan spell with the Trotters in the 09/10 season. The 30 year old had returned to his parent club Nantes after the conclusion of the loan, but has now signed a full time two year contract with Owen Coyle’s side.
Klasnic scored eight goals for Bolton last season and told the Trotters’ official website that it was an easy decision for him to return to the Reebok Stadium.
Klasnic is Bolton’s fourth signing of the summer window after Martin Petrov, Robbie Blake and Marcos Alonso.
Apart from Nantes and Bolton, Klasnic has represented St.Pauli and Werder Bremen in the past.
