Sunday People is reporting that West Ham are hot on the trail of Everton winger Kevin Mirallas.
The Hammers are in the market for attacking reinforcements and the Belgium international is high on their wish list.
According to Sunday People, West Ham have tested Everton’s resolve with a £6 million proposal for Mirallas.
Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to be keen on the 27-year-old footballer, who seems to have lost his starting berth at Goodison Park.
Spurs hoped to include Aaron Lennon in the deal that would take Kevin Mirallas to White Hart Lane, but they will now also have to beat off challenge from their local rivals.
Kevin Mirallas joined Everton from Olympiakos three years ago and has since bagged 21 goals in 88 Premier League appearances.
The Toffees hope to show serious improvement on their previous campaign and they can be backed at 11/4 to achieve a top 6 finish.
