Fiorentina striker Mario Gomez and Dinamo Zagreb winger Marko Pjaca are on the radar of Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg, according to Bild.
The Wolves have so far recruited Daniel Didavi, Jeffrey Bruma, Yannick Gerhardt and Josip Brekalo, but they still plan to add few more quality footballers to their ranks.
Signing a proven goalscorer appears to be the priority at the moment and Fiorentina’s Mario Gomez has emerged as their top target.
Wolfsburg have reportedly made a €14 million bid for the Germany international, but it remains to be seen whether the 30-year-old would be interested in a move to Volkswagen Arena.
Gomez was in excellent form during the loan spell with Besiktas, bagging 26 goals as the Black Eagles secured the Turkish Super Lig trophy.
At the same time, Wolfsburg are considering a move for Marko Pjaca, who is heavily linked with a summer move to Italian Serie A.
