With another weekend of action from across English football, we here at Soccer News have found a handful of helpful tips that can boost your weekend acca.

Saturday 22nd September

15:00 BST Everton vs Fulham

After spending over £100milion during the transfer market, Fulham are enjoying a solid return to the Premier League. With Slaviša Jokanović’s side picking up a 3-1 win against Championship outfit in midweek, the mood around Craven Cottage seems to be high. Battling back to take a point off of high flyers Watford, one man who has once again impressed for Saturday’s visitors is last years top scorer Aleksandar Mitrović. Scoring the equalizer against the Hornets last weekend, since making his move to South London permanent over the summer, the Serbian international has five goals to his name already and sits joint top of the Premier League goalscoring charts with Eden Hazard. Up against an Everton side struggling with their defensive issues, the 24-year-old will be confident of keeping up his record. Marco Silva’s Blues have now picked up just one win in their opening six games and are yet to record a clean sheet in any competition.

Tip: Aleksandar Mitrović to score anytime @13/10

15:00 Preston vs West Brom

Starting with the visitors, although Darren Moore’s side are coming off the back of a 3-0 loss to Premier League side Crystal Palace in the EFL Cup on Tuesday, it has been an impressive start for the Baggies. Now unbeaten in their last four Championship outings, they’re now just a point behind league leaders Leeds. Two men to thank for their recent turn in fortunes will be last years top scorer Jay Rodriguez and Newcastle loanee Dwight Gayle. The duo already have 11 goals between them and sit second and third in the goalscoring charts respectively. With the chances to go five games unbeaten and potential move to top spot, Moore’s side should be relishing a trip to Deepdale. Knocked out of the Cup by Middlesbrough in midweek, Preston are without a win in the Championship this season and have now lost their last four on the bounce. Conceding seven in their last three home matches, the Whites currently sit bottom of the table. Given the gulf in recent form, it’s hard to see anything other than a Baggies win.

Tip: Away win @ 11/8

15:00 Birmingham vs Ipswich

Although Gary monk will feel his Birmingham side should have collected more points over the month, Birmingham have transformed into a side very hard to beat. Although they may have only just avoided the drop last season, the Blues are now unbeaten in their last five, drawing four of those outings. Now finishing six of their nine Championship games with a point, no team in England’s second tier have drawn more games than Birmingham. In fact, all four of their games at St. Andrew’s have ended at a deadlock after 90 minutes. As for Ipswich, although they had hoped that former Shrewsbury boss Paul Hurst would lead them to a midtable finish, it has been a tough start for the Trotters. With only their goal difference keeping them off bottom spot, their form has been quite similar to their hosts on Saturday. Ipswich have now drawn their last two on the bounce and have also drawn three of their last four in the Championship.

Tip: Draw @ 11/5
