AC Milan are interested in signing Casemiro in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. Casemiro announced in January that he will leave Manchester United at the end of the season, and the Spanish media outlet has claimed that Serie A giants Milan are keen on securing the services of the former Real Madrid midfielder on a free transfer.
Fichajes has noted: “AC Milan has a clear roadmap under the technical direction of Massimiliano Allegri, prioritising experience in the midfield.
“The Italian coach deems the addition of the former Real Madrid player vital to provide balance, character, and a winning mentality.
“Casemiro would arrive to complement an area already illuminated by Luka Modric, whose contract renewal is also under negotiation following his impressive form.
“The aim is to reunite two legends who achieved everything in Spain to guide the young talents of the squad.
“Nevertheless, AC Milan will have to battle enticing offers from Major League Soccer, particularly from Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami.
“Italian executives rely on the prestige of European football to be the decisive factor in convincing the 34-year-old midfielder.”
