Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti is expecting a tough test when his side host Lille in Ligue 1 on Sunday.

The capital club trail leaders Lyon by three points and can return to the summit with a win, but the Italian knows it will not be easy against the 2010/11 champions.

“I am fully aware of the style of football which Lille play and we cannot think it will be easy and take them for granted,” Ancelotti said.

“Every game provides another test for us and another challenge which we have to get through.

“The team played very well against Toulouse in the cup and also secured, a very good result against Bordeaux in Ligue 1.

“Tomorrow you will see what we are ready to do on the pitch in order to win.”

With the title on the line, Ancelotti says every game is vital for his side.

“The season is very long and nothing is decided in the league,” he said.

“The Champions League restarts again in a couple of weeks and we will spend a lot of energy in those games.

“Every single game is important for us now in order to stay at the top of the table. We have to stay on the top with Lyon and we cannot afford to drop any points and give them any chances.

“Right now every game is very important for us and we have to win against Lille.”
