Arsenal striker Park Chu-Young is likely to become a free agent at the end of the season, El Mundo Deportivo has revealed.
The Korean forward is currently on loan at Celta Vigo and there is every chance the move will be made permanent at the end of the season.
Namely, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger no longer counts on the 27-year-old and the Frenchman will recommend club officials to terminate his contract next June.
If that happens, Park will become a free agent and will be free to sign a long-term deal with Celta Vigo.
The South Korea international has had a bright start to his career in Spain, scoring 1 goal in 4 league appearances for the Galician club.
Park had joined Arsenal in the summer of 2011 from Monaco, but went on to make just one Premier League appearance for the Gunners during his first season at the club.
