Arsenal are coming into some form, with the Gunners winning their last three games in all competitions – 2-1 against Anderlecht (UCL), 2-0 against Sunderland (EPL), and 3-0 against Burnley (EPL). They have a lot to thank to summer signing Alexis Sanchez, who has been in fine form for Arsene Wenger’s men this campaign – scoring nine goals in 13 games.

The Chilean international has scored four of Arsenal’s last five goals, while being the first name on the score sheet in three of their last four games in all competitions. Sanchez was signed for £36M this summer, and has taken little time to re-find the form he was showcasing with former side Barcelona.

Ladbrokes are giving odds of 9/2 for Alexis Sanchez to score first against Anderlecht this evening. The Belgian champions were unlucky to lose 2-1 in their first meeting against Arsenal in the Champions League a fortnight ago, but could well struggle at the Emirates tonight.
