Atletico will be tough opponent: Pellegrini

(GSM) – Real coach Manuel Pellgrini declares that Atletico would be a tough opponent and says Madrid will defeat them again on Monday.

Real coach held his pre-match press conference on Saturday and the derby and what remains of the season.

Real coach said, “Atletico will be a tough opponent because they have so many talented players. They are doing well right now and are one of the better teams in La Liga.”

He said Atletico will have to be back without positive result, “The fact that they haven’t won in the Bernabeu since 1999 is just another statistic, but we hope they go another year without winning here.”

Coach predicted it would be tough derby, “We must play well. No match is ever the same, so we don’t know if this debry will be easier or harder than the first one we played this season. All that matters is that we need to maintain our form.”

When asked questions of Higuain, “Higuain scored several important goals last year. He has shown improvement year after year. He is a strong player and he is hard to stop once he gets going. The fact he is doing so well is by no means a coincidence. He is a great player with a very promising future.”
