Bayern Munich 3/10 to beat RB Leipzig in Saturday’s Bundesliga game

Competition: Bundesliga

Market: Bayern Munich to beat RB Leipzig

Odds: 3/10 @ Bet365

Germany’s top league returns this weekend with a catalogue of incredibly exciting and important games to come. With every team looking for three points for their own season objectives, a win on Saturday could really aid a side in chasing down the top teams or putting space between themselves and the relegation zone. However, this clash is very much a top of the table battle, with Bayern Munich hosting RB Leipzig on Saturday.

Since losing Carlo Ancelotti a few weeks ago, Bayern Munich have rediscovered their winning touch, taking six points from their last two games. This has seen them arrest their poor form in the three games before where they had won just one game and drawn the other two. With 20 points from nine games, they are now level with Borussia Dortmund at the top of the table. Their aspirations are clearly to win the league again, and they will want to extend their winning run to three games.

RB Leipzig are the in-form team in the league at the moment, winning four of their last five games. This has seen the visitors rise to third in the league with 19 points, just one behind both Bayern and Dortmund. 16 goals scored is a decent return, although their scoring stats will not terrify Bayern’s defence. The game is likely to be a hugely entertaining one, but home advantage and their upturn in form will likely see Bayern come out on top, with Bet365 giving them odds of 3/10 to beat Leipzig.
