Burnley take Micheal Keane on loan

Burnley have completed the loan signing of Michael Keane from Manchester United, according to Sky Sports.

The 21 year old finalised his temporary move to Turf Moor late on Monday evening, after the deal was approved by the Premier League.

Keane appeared in two of United’s four matches so far this season, having previously made just three appearances for club over the past two years.

Since making his professional debut, the England U21 international has enjoyed loan spells with Leicester City, Derby County and Blackburn Rovers and he could make his Clarets’ debut on Saturday week as Sean Dyche’s men travel to Crystal Palace.

Last season’s Championship runners up picked up their first point of the campaign at the weekend as they held Louis van Gaal’s side to a goalless draw and they can be backed at a price of 6/4 to avoid an immediate return to the second tier.
