Chelsea 4/6 to beat Newcastle in Sundays Premier League matchup

Competition: Premier League

Market: Chelsea win

Odds: 4/6 @ Bet 365

Enjoying a very impressive start to life under Maurizio Sarri, Chelsea will look to carry on their impressive start to the season when they travel to the North West on Sunday afternoon.

Starting with Rafa Benitez’s Newcastle side, with The Magpies coming off the back of a lackluster 0-0 draw with Cardiff last weekend, a match where Kennedy missed a last minute penalty, the hosts are struggling to adjust after a poor pre-season. With much annoyance over his sides activity in the transfer window, Benitez has seen his side now fail to win any of their last six matches in all competitions. More worrying for Newcastle aside from finding the net in their 2-1 loss to Tottenham on the opening weekend, they haven’t scored another in their last five.

As for Chelsea, The Blues have enjoyed a stellar start to the new season under former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri. Coming off the back of their dramatic 3-2 win over Arsenal last weekend, Chelsea have now scored six in their opening two games and are playing some very eye-catching football. One man to watch will be winger Pedro, thriving under Sarri’s new attacking style, the Barcelona man now has two in his opening two games. Given the recent form between the two sides, it’s hard to see anything other than a Chelsea win on Sunday.
