Chelsea set to seal deal for Benayoun

(GSM) – Chelsea are close to signing Liverpool midfielder Yossi Benayoun on a four-year deal.

It’s reported that the Israeli international will sign a deal that’s believed to be worth £5.5million.

The 30-year-old midfielder has been linked with Chelsea for several weeks now but it seems as though they have finally reached an agreement.

Benayoun joined Liverpool from West Ham United in 2007. He has played 91 Premiership matches for the Reds in which he scored 18 goals.
