Lyon overcame a two-goal deficit to claim a 4-2 extra-time victory over Lorient and progress to the Coupe de la Ligue final.
Lorient took what seemed to be a decisive advantage in the second half, with goals from Innocent Emeghara and Kevin Monnet-Paquet.
Lyon’s response began with an Alexandre Lacazette strike, before Jimmy Briand’s 93rd-minute header forced the game to an additional half hour.
Carrying the momentum, Remi Garde’s side found an extra-time winner as Bafetimbi Gomis blasted home before Lacazette notched a fourth.
Lyon will meet Olympique de Marseille or Nice in the cup final on April 14 at Stade de France.
