Crystal Palace and Leicester to draw 13/5 in Saturdays Premier League clash

Competition: Premier League

Market: Crystal Palace and Leicester to draw

Odds: 13/5 @ Bet365

Crystal Palace will welcome Leicester to Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon knowing that one more win should secure their spot in the Premier League for another season.

For the hosts on Saturday, despite suffering an awful start to the New Year and many believing that they were being dragged into a relegation battle, thanks to the return of Talisman Wilfred Zaha, Crystal Palace and Roy Hodgson will know that three more points should secure their safety. Now holding a six-point advantage over the drop zone with just three games remaining, Palace will enter Saturday’s match coming off the back of a 0-0 draw with Watford last weekend, now unbeaten in their last three, the Eagles will be wanting to improve on their defensive issues though. The South London club have now kept just two clean sheets in their last 13 attempts, a run stemming back to January.

As for Claude Puel’s Leicester side, while the Foxes’ did find some initial success under the former Southampton boss, the Blues have begun to stutter, like their hosts, Leicester are coming off the back of their own 0-0 draw and have now seen any chance of securing European football gone for another season. With just one win in their last five attempts in all competitions, the Foxes’ will be reliant on England international Jamie Vardy to carry on his recent form, the 31-year-old has four in his last five and 21 in all competitions this season.
