Fabregas to leave Arsenal

Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has again admitted that he wants a move back to Spanish football when his current contract with the Gunners expires.

The former Barcelona midfielder still has six years left on his contract, that he signed in October 2006.

He told Radio Marca: “The idea has always been the same. That’s why I signed such a long contract.

“What happens is that nobody in football has guaranteed place anywhere. Today everything is so changeable, so complicated that you never know, but the truth is that I’m very happy, very motivated and being captain is an extra incentive.

“Everybody knows that one day I would return to Spanish football. It’s an experience I want to live. I want to play in Spain as a professional.”

Lord have mercy! Why is this happening to us sons and daughters of Arsenal. We seem to loose most of our cream. When it is a right time to built a stronger team. If we take a closer look, we could see that we havent won any cup for years now. Just because we groom many young stars for other teams. Lets do something about it Mr Arsene. The ball is in your hand. Africa for Arsenal. RespecKt!!

Cesc must consider staying at the Emirates for atleast two more seasons. He still has a lot to learn and offer Arsenal and Wenger in particular.

He is the heart and soul of the arsenal midfield. Wenger has seen what happend when he releases stars before their prime (ex:Hleb and Flamini). Fabregas (although injured) is content with his position at arsenal. He knows that he is captain of one of the biggest football clubs in europe and that is some damn good insentive to stay. sure everyone wants to go and play in their home country, but to be honest he knows that he must go where the opportunites are and right now those opportunities are at Emirates stadium. The only worry of mine is that our shit medical staff wont take proper care of him and we could have a whole big mess like we had with eduardo and other rising stars that were victims of a shit medical team. Winning a title though would cement his place with arsenal and keep him on board for years to come.

I think the title should change to “Fabregas will leave Arsenal”. The word ‘will’ mean it will happen in the future. May be it is more suitable that the one being used up there.

Here we go again, Vieira and Henry all over again. Get rid of him now because Wenger will have to waste each summer trying to get the little glory boy to stay and waste the time he needs to spend on trying to sign new players. We are bigger than Fabregas.

    SELL HIM NOW ARSENE!!!!

What a bunch of dunces they are in blog publishing. Do you really not understand the meaning of the sentence ” I want to play in Spain one day” and
” That is why I signed a long contract” appear to be contradicting the headline but you did’nt even spot that.

He is ours , we love him and he knows that since he started at the age of 16. Whoever wants him has to wait and see if he actually leaves us.
Drool all you want but he is ours and only ours- OK?
