Fellaini shuns latest Manchester United contract offer

Manchester United remain keen on retaining Marouane Fellaini’s services despite him rejecting their latest contract offer, according to the Mail Online.

The Red Devils placed a new £120,000-per-week deal on the table only for the Belgium international to turn it down, putting his future at the club even further in doubt.

The twenty-nine year old will be able to negotiate with foreign teams come January and could end up leaving on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.

Fellaini followed former Manchester United manager David Moyes to Old Trafford from Everton in 2013 and has since racked up almost one hundred and fifty appearances having featured regularly under his last three managers.

His brace in the 4-0 win over Crystal Palace back in September took his goals tally for the club to nineteen while he helped them win the FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League in the past two seasons.
