Pep Guardiola reaches a milestone in his glittering managerial career on Saturday.

The Spaniard takes charge of Manchester City in the Premier League for the 200th time since replacing Manuel Pellegrini in July 2016, as his team play Crystal Palace.

Guardiola has enjoyed a trophy-laden tenure at the Etihad Stadium; landing three domestic league titles, four EFL Cups and an FA Cup.

Here, Stats Perform takes a closer look at key numbers from his time in charge.

Guardiola has already recorded 146 victories, which is more than any other manager in the competition has achieved in their first 200 games.

He also boasts the highest win percentage of any manager to have overseen at least 20 games in the English top flight since 1992 with 73.4 per cent.

Under the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss, City have scored the most Premier League goals since the start of the 2016-17 season (486).

At the other end of the field, they have only conceded 160 times during that period; the lowest tally of any side that has been ever-present in the top flight since then.

Of Guardiola’s 199 previous Premier League matches, Raheem Sterling has appeared in 172 – more than any other City player.

Sterling’s opportunities have been limited this season; the England international starting just three league games.

However, the former Liverpool forward leads the way among City players for direct goal involvements in the competition since the start of the 2016-17 season with 108 (73 goals, 35 assists).

Meanwhile, it is no real surprise that Sergio Aguero, who scored the first Premier League goal of Guardiola’s reign in a 2-1 win over Sunderland in August 2016, has found the net the most times with 82.

Similarly, Kevin De Bruyne tops the assists chart with 68 in the competition in just over five years, 29 more than any other Premier League player.
