Harry Kane to score 2+ goals against Cardiff on Saturday 13/8 for Saturdays Premier League clash

Competition: Premier League

Market: Harry Kane to score 2+ goals

Odds: 13/8 @ Bet 365

Looking to bounce back from their defeat on Wednesday, Tottenham will welcome a struggling Cardiff side to Wembley on Saturday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, despite fighting back on Wednesday night, Mauricio Pochettino saw his side slumped to a 4-2 defeat against Barcelona and have now lost their last two Champions League matches on the bounce. Winning a hat-trick of matches prior to their defeat in midweek, Spurs’ Argentinian boss will be calling for an immediate response. One highlight that Tottenham can take away from their defeat on Wednesday will be that captain and talisman Harry Kane carried on his goalscoring record. Despite a minor blip last month, the 25-year-old found the net against Barca and now has four in his last three in all competitions.

As for the visitors, after a lack of summer arrivals during the transfer window, it has been an incredibly sluggish start for Cardiff. Coming off the back of a 2-1 loss to Burnley in South Wales, the Bluebirds are one of just three teams still without a win in the Premier League. Now losing their last five matches on the bounce, including crashing out of the EFL Cup at the hands of Championship outfit Norwich, they have picked up just two points out of a possible 27. Conceding 16 goals in their opening seven games, they now hold the joint worst defensive record in the division.
