Handed the chance to break into the top half of the National League standings, Hartlepool will welcome Solihull Moors to The Super 6 Stadium on Tuesday night.

Starting with the hosts, putting in another rugged display and picking up a point away at play-off contenders Notts County over the weekend, Hartlepool have continued to shine entering November. Enjoying a four-match unbeaten run and also picking up a 2-0 win over Barnet last month, the mood in Craig Hignett’s camp continues to soar. Handed the chance to climb into the top half for the first time since August, a huge part of their continued success has come thanks to some very eye-catching displays in Durham. Hartlepool have won each of their last three matches at The Super 6 Stadium and have also landed back-to-back matchups on home soil.

As for the visitors, while Solihull Moors may have managed to pick up a hard-fought 2-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge over the weekend, they have a growing reputation for their continued struggles on the road. On the verge of slipping out of the top half, Tim Flowers’ men have suffered back-to-back 1-0 defeats away at Boreham Wood and Maidenhead. Failing to win any of their last seven National League matches outside of the West Midlands and losing five of those contests, it should also be noted that Solihull Moors have remarkably failed to find the net in any of their last five matches on the road, a run that stems back to the 31st of August.
