Inter Milan have reportedly submitted an official proposal for Marseille winger Florian Thauvin, according to Canal +.
The Nerazzurri appear to be keen on luring the youngster to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on transfer deadline day, having offered no less than €25 million for his services.
And while Marseille regard Thauvin as a key member of the squad, they will probably seriously consider the latest proposal.
Florian Thauvin joined Lille from Bastia in January 2013, but was then sold on to Marseille the following summer without ever appearing for les Dogues in a competitive match.
The 21-year-old enjoyed a good debut season at Stade Velodrome, scoring 8 goals in 31 league fixtures, while he has continued the impressive form under new boss Marcelo Bielsa.
After winning their last two fixtures in the league to recover from the dismal start of the season, Marseille are available at 6/5 to continue the trend against out of sorts Evian TG.
