Inter turn focus on Balogun

Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing striker Folarin Balogun from Arsenal this summer.

Head coach Simone Inzaghi frequently rotated between Romelu Lukaku and Edin Dzeko as he led his team into the Champions League final while securing a top-four finish in the Serie A, but both of them have left the club. The Nerazzurri tried to bring Lukaku back after his loan from Chelsea expired, but the talks fell through, and their attention has now turned to Balogun.

The 22-year-old attacker, who was recently granted permission to represent USA at international level, would likely find game-time hard to come by if he stayed at the Emirates.

Kane not interested in PSG

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in Harry Kane, but the Tottenham Hotspur star is not interested in PSG.

With 12 months left in his contract in North London, the 29-year-old striker is believed to be only open to leaving Spurs for Bayern Munich this summer, and the Bavarians’ honorary president Uli Hoeness claims he’s already given the Bundesliga club his word he would join them if possible.

Therefore, Spurs face a desperate but pretty straightforward fight against Bayern, and no other club, as they battle to keep the England captain.

Willian rejoins Fulham

Willian signed a one-season contract with Fulham as a free agent last year, and once that deal expired at the end of June, he was free to choose his destination once more. One of the options was Nottingham Forest, who were reportedly pushing hard to get the veteran winger into their ranks.

However, it seems the former Chelsea and Arsenal man had a good time at Craven Cottage; Fulham have confirmed signing him on a new one-year contract, with an option on a year more this time.

Rashford signs new Manchester United contract

Marcus Rashford has signed a new contract with Manchester United, set to keep the England forward at Old Trafford for another five years.

The 25-year-old was linked in the past with Paris Saint-Germain as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe, should the French star leave Paris for Real Madrid. That surely won’t happen now.

Rashford new contract comes on the back of the season when he broke the 30-goal mark for the first time in his career.

Saint-Maximin to leave Newcastle?

Allan Saint-Maximin has recently been linked with Newcastle departure, and amid the rumours that his future might lie away from St. James’ Park, he was left out of the squad which traveled to Glasgow for a pre-season friendly match against Rangers.

The 26-year-old winger is said to be of interest to Al-Ahli, and he could become another player from the top five European leagues to head for Saudi Arabia this summer. It would certainly be an interesting development, given that Newcastle are themselves owned by the Saudi Public Investment Fund.
