Italy had a woeful World Cup this summer, and are hoping a change in manager will see them succeed in the European championships in 2016. Multiple title-winning Antonio Conte has been brought in, and his first task is to aid the Azzurri to qualification in their Euro 2016 qualifying group.

The Blues have a fairly simple group, with Croatia the second-strongest team out of the pack. Considering they too endured a poor World Cup campaign, Italy aren’t expecting Croatia to cause them too many problems during the qualifying games. However, they won’t want to take liberties by dropping points against considerably weaker opposition in Norway tonight.

With that in mind, William Hill are giving odds of 17/20 for Italy to pick up all three points against Norway, with Conte’s strong boasting far too much talent to under-perform in this evening’s meeting. Their midfield is packed full of experience, and they will have the Juventus core running through the side.
