Jasper Cillessen rules out Crystal Palace move

Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen has been linked with a summer move to Premier League side Crystal Palace where he would be reunited with former manager Frank De Boer.

Former Ajax boss was the one who recruited Cillessen at Dutch giants and the two new Crystal Palace manager is said to be keen on a highly-rated goalkeeper.

De Boer and Cillessen won three Eredivisie titles together at Ajax before the 28-year-old shot stopper moved to Barcelona in a €17 million deal.

Jasper Cillessen failed to break into the first team at Camp Nou and replace Marc-Andre ter Stegen as the first-choice goalkeeper last season, making only one La Liga appearance for the Spanish heavyweights.

Despite his limited playing time at Barcelona, Cillessen claims to be extremely happy at the club, adding he has no intention of leaving the Catalan side for a move to the Premier League.
