Klose completes Lazio move

Former Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose has joined Lazio, the club have confirmed on their official website.

The Germany international arrives to Olimpico as a free agent, having opted against extending his contract at Alianz Arena.

According to Il Messagero, the veteran forward has put pen to paper to a two-year deal worth €2 million per season after receiving assurances that he will be a first choice striker at Olimpico.

Klose has seen little playing time at Bayern last season despite being a starter for the Germany national team and he has decided to move in search for first team football.

The player will undergo a medical later today, after which he will be officially presented at a press conference.
