Manchester City join race for Mbappe

It seems as though Manchester City have already run away with the Premier League title this season as they currently sit 13 points ahead of their nearest rivals Manchester United. With 79 goals scored in 27 games, the Cityzens have been frighteningly good during this campaign, but Pep Guardiola is already reportedly in the market for a new star.

Kylian Mbappe, PSG’s latest wonder kid and star of Monaco’s 2016-17 title-winning season, is the man at the top of Guardiola’s shopping list, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The winger has registered 10 goals and eight assists in 19 Ligue 1 games since joining the French giants, and during Monaco’s stunning season the 19-year old contributed an impressive 15 goals and eight assists.

Mbappe is one of the most exciting prospects in world football and his addition to an already stacked Manchester City squad will make them an even more frightening prospect for their Premier League rivals.
