Manchester United welcome AS Saint-Etienne to Old Trafford in the first leg of tonight’s Europa League last-32 clash. The Red Devils are big favourites to come out on top given their unbeaten run stretching back months and their recent form being far superior to Saint-Etienne’s.
Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United side booked their place in the last-32 of the Europa League after finishing second in Group A with 12 points from the six games. The hosts are coming off the back of three wins and a draw from their last in all competitions, and will fancy their chances given Saint-Etienne have been short of wins of late.
As for the visitors, ASSE reached the second round of the European competition after topping Group C with 12 points. They were unbeaten throughout the group stages, but have suffered a dip in form ahead of tonight’s trip to Old Trafford which could see them fall short to United.
Saint-Etienne have lost four and drawn one of their last eight away games, and Bet 365 are giving odds of 2/7 for Manchester United to capitalise as a result.
