According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Mario Mandzukic is considering the possibility of a move away from Juventus to German giants Bayern Munich. At one point recently it seemed fairly likely that Manchester United were the ones leading the race for his signature, but that no longer appears to be the case. Mandzukic has been dropped from the club’s first team plans and wasn’t even featured in their roster for the Champions League, showcasing a real desire from Juve to move him on to pastures new.
Mandzukic has been around this game for quite some time now and knows how it all works, and in this instance, it certainly feels as if he’s ready and willing to play the field.
Bayern have made some really notable changes to their club over the course of the last few months, and bringing in Mandzukic could be one of their biggest as they continue to try and defend their Bundesliga title.
