World Cup winner Marco Materazzi has been left out of Internazionale’s squad for Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Manchester United.
Materazzi has been suffering from a thigh problem but the latest reports indicated that the defender would be fit in time for the match at San Siro stadium. However, manager Mourinho decided not to risk anything.
The following defender have been selected for Tuesday’s game: Cordoba, Maxwell, Maicon, Burdisso, Rivas, Chivu and Santon.
