Napoli expect Allan bid from PSG

According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Italian side Napoli are currently anticipating a bid from Paris Saint-Germain for Allan. The 27 year old midfielder won’t be permitted to leave for under £91 million, although Napoli would want to try and secure the signing of Barella as a replacement at the same time. Allan made his debut for the Brazilian national team last season, after finally impressing them enough during an incredible season with Napoli.

Napoli likely wouldn’t want any of their top stars to leave in an ideal world, given that there’s closer than ever to knocking Juventus off their perch in Serie A. Of course, there’s still a lot of work to be done, and you can’t fault Allan for taking what would likely be a substantial pay rise to move to Paris.

Napoli are back in action this weekend in the Coppa Italia as they prepare to host Sassuolo.
