Noble extends Hammers stay

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has put pen to paper on a new contract with the club, according to Sky Sports.

The 27 year old, who is vice-captain with the Hammers, is now set to remain with the club until the summer of 2020, having racked up over three hundred appearances for them in all competitions, scoring thirty-four goals in the process.

In this, his tenth season as a member of the first team squad, he has played seventeen times while his only goal of the campaign so far came in a 3-1 home defeat to Southampton back in August.

West Ham remain in the hunt for a European place, with Sam Allardyce’s side sitting in eighth place, seven points behind Southampton in fifth.

They host London rivals Crystal Palace in Saturday afternoon’s early kick-off and can be backed at a price of 21/20 to take all three points.
