Olympiakos offer Pedersen deal

Greek side Olympiakos has offered Norwegian midfielder Morten Gamst Pedersen a £25,000-a-week deal to join them in the summer.

Pedersen’s contract with Blackburn is set to expire in June and the Greek giants are keen on signing the 28-year-old as a free agent.

Pedersen has been offered a new contract at Ewood Park, but their offer can not match the wages on offer at Olympiakos.

Olympiakos signed striker Matt Derbyshire from Blackburn last summer and the Englishman has impressed for the Greek side in this season’s Champions League.
