Competition: League One

Market: Peterborough win

Odds: 2/1 @ Bet 365

With the chance to briefly jump into the automatic positions, Peterborough will travel to the Ricoh Arena on Friday night.

Starting with Mark Robins’ Coventry side, while the Friday’s hosts may have enjoyed a bright start to the new League One campaign, they have once again begun to struggle of late. Putting on a very poor showing in their 1-0 loss to Coventry over the weekend, the Sky Blues have now lost their last three league matches on the bounce and have also now gone over 200 minuets without scoring.

As for the visitors, while they may have struggled between September and October, it appears that Steve Evan’s side have once again found their form. Now unbeaten in their last three, Peterborough have their sights firmly set on securing a return to the Championship. Looking to take advantage of Coventry’s recent defensive issues, the Royal’s top scorer Matt Godden should fancy his chances of extending his recent goal tally. The 27-year-old has 13 for the season and has also found the net four time in his last four matches on the road.
