Competition: League One

Market: Portsmouth to beat Bradford

Odds: 6/5 @ Bet365

Looking to mount a late push for the playoff’s, on Tuesday night Portsmouth will look to carry on their recent success when they travel to the Northern Commercials Stadium to meet a struggling Bradford side.

For former Leeds boss Simon Grayson, his Bantams have drastically struggled to match their start to the season that briefly saw them flirting with the automatic promotion positions. However, Bradford have transformed into arguably League One’s out of form side and with just one win in their last 15 matches, Bradford now see their goal difference keeping them outside of the top half of the table. Losing 11 of those 15, Bradford have now recorded just two clean sheets since November 2017 and their issues aren’t just in defense. With top scorer Charlie Whyke failing to find the net in his last five, the Bantams have now scored just one in their last seven League One matchups.

As for Kenny Jacket’s Portsmouth side, the South Coast club have drastically turned their fortunes around and are still firmly in contention to break into the playoff positions. Coming off the back of a 0-0 draw with playoff rivals Plymouth, Jacket’s side are now unbeaten in their last six, winning four of those and have looked very dangerous in the final third. Scoring 10 goals in their last five games, Forward Brett Pitman now has 21 League One goals this season and has carried on his recent form of late, the 30-year-old now has three in his last three.
