AS Monaco are doing extremely well in Ligue 1 at the moment. While Paris Saint-Germain are expected to win the title yet again this season, Monaco are among the clubs who are challenging for the a place in the top four of the Ligue 1 table. And they are very much on course to do so.

Marseille are one of the biggest clubs in France, but they have not been at their best for a while now. Marseille have seen Paris Saint-Germain overtake them and enjoy winning titles after titles.
