The French midfielder still has three years of his contract at Stamford Bridge remaining, and will therefore not come cheap as Chelsea look to stabilize themselves despite missing out on Champions League football for the 2018/19 season. PSG have been given the green light for transfers by UEFA’s Financial Fair Play investigation, and they will not shy away from spending big again to sign the player they need.
