PSG’s midfield wish-list

According to Le10Sport, Paris Saint-Germain have drawn up a list of targets to improve the midfield section of their squad.

The list comprises of three names, and the first one is Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante. The French international anchorman has won the Premier League in two consecutive seasons with two different clubs, and while the one with Chelsea in 2017 was certainly due to the quality of the entire team, Kante was one of the few key ingredients in the Leicester team that surprised the football world in 2016.

The second name on the list is Manchester United’s Paul Pogba. Another French international and World Cup winner, Pogba’s situation at Old Trafford has been a subject of many speculations. He remains linked to Barcelona, even though the links have been dismissed on several accounts.

Sergej Milinković-Savić of Lazio is the third name. The 23-year-old Serb has been a target for a number of big clubs in the last year, and now PSG consider putting themselves forward too.

If none of these targets prove obtainable, the French champions will consider Ajax’s Frenkie de Jong, who has also been heavily linked with Barcelona.
