QPR and Palace tussling for Holtby

Tottenham Hotspur are willing to listen to offers for out-of-favour midfielder Lewis Holtby, according to the Mail Online.

The Germany international only moved to White Hart Lane eighteen months ago, and spent the second half of last season on loan at Fulham.

He made thirteen appearances for the Cottagers, scoring one goal, but was unable to help them avoid relegation to the Championship while he has played forty times in total for Spurs.

He played the final 29 minutes of Spurs’ 1-0 win over West Ham United in their season opener on Saturday afternoon, though his manager Maurico Pochettino does not see him as part of his plans going forward.

Fellow London duo Crystal Palace and Queens Park Rangers have both been linked with a move to secure the services of the 23 year old former Schalke man, who has been capped three times by the recently crowned World Champions.
