Rangers 8/11 to beat Hearts and over 1.5 goals in Sunday’s Scottish Premiership contest

Competition: Scottish Premiership

Market: Rangers win and over 1.5 goals

Odds: 8/11 @ Bet 365

With many around Ibrox dreaming that their side can clinch their first Premiership title 2011, a high-flying Rangers will travel to Hearts on Sunday lunchtime.

Starting with the hosts, slumping to a 1-0 loss at home to Kilmarnock prior to the international break, the mood in Hearts’ camp remains incredibly fragile. With many demanding that Head Coach Craig Levin step down from his role, fans around Tynecastle Park have seen their side win just one of their last 15 Premiership outings, a run that stems all the way back to the 30th of March. A huge part of their continued issues of late have come down to their continued struggles on home soil. Losing back-to-back defeats in Edinburgh, they have now failed to win any of their last seven Premiership matches at Tynecastle.

As for the visitors, now holding a two-point buffer over Celtic, Rangers have now started dreaming of clinching their first domestic crown in almost a decade. Putting in yet another stellar display and picking up a 5-0 win over Hamilton prior to the break, the Blues find the mood in their camp continuing to soar. A huge part of their recent rise has come thanks to some lethal showings in the final third. Led by Jermaine Defoe who already has nine goals this season, Rangers have also now bagged 17 goals in their last four match Premiership winning run.
