Real Madrid ready to make new Ronaldo move

Real Madrid are ready to make a new move for Portuguese ace Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, says News of the World.

The Spanish giants are ready to make a renewed £100million offer to Manchester United for the highly rated winger.

A Spanish source told News of the World: “There is a cleverly conceived plan in place for Cristiano to join Real.

“The reports that he is unhappy with the treatment he gets in England is part of it and will be used as a lever for him to get his dream move to Madrid.

“Of course, it will have to be achieved with United’s approval but part of the strategy is to keep chipping away at their resistance until they give in.”

You are correct Kimani. We ManU fans may not like Ronaldo’s decision, but we have to respect.

I think Ronaldo’s move to real madrid will be the greatest mistake ever,we have seen many remarkable players joining the club and then their prowes dies,if Ronaldo needs to be ranked the best player he has to stay with Man-utd,somebody like Cannavaro was very good what about now! Anyway it is his decision and as a United die hard i will have to respect.

We are not just talking about Ronaldo now, it’s Kaka as well. Every single Real Madrid fan is expecting these two players to show their class in the Bernabeau.

This means there is a LOT of pressure on these two. Pressure that wasn’t on them in Man U or AC Milan respectively, now they join one of the top clubs that expects them to perform amazingly (not saying that Man U or AC Milan aren’t top, they just didn’t expect such a performance from them two).

Lets hope all is well… fingers crossed.

Great comment by CFC on Real. One of the reasons why Im a Barca fan is because they spend time developing all there players from a young age and truly care about them. They paid the bills for Messi when he was being treated for his growth defect and look what now he has become. Also players like Iniesta, Xavi, and Puyol all arose from the Barca youth program and developed a sense of team unity from an early age. To contrast, Real buys the best boys on the block (Ronaldo, Kaka, Robben) and throws them together into a “team”. I personally believe that Barca are perhaps the most respectable team in football because they spend their time developing their youth players rather than running around the transfer market every chance they can get.

Barca sure was a pain, but I got to hand it to them they played well this past season. Real Madrid didn’t have the strike force to score. Van Nistrlerooy out for injury as well as diarra (for vital defensive tackles). It was always Van der Vaart for us. But considering the team now, they should apply Brazilian tactics, pass skill pass skill pass skill pass skill pass skill and some more skill and score !

Still plenty of time till next season, would like to see some defenders come in, but looking at it the other way who needs to defend with such an atttacking force.

But this coming season the premiership is going to be up for grabs. Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool (unless they decide to sell some assets considering their debts), Man City (may be). So a good competition…would love to watch. =D

But Champions League, it’s time Real Madrid start adding some to their record wins … =P

    Dang it! Ronny transfered!
Ah well……… good luck man! Hope u can exact vengeance on barca for both MU and Real- considering the fact that they have been crap compared to barca recently.
Problem is………… Ronny is gonna haveta get used to the smaller pitches, work for space, stop divin, and get used to life at Real.
    Kaka will have to also.
I have GREAT expectations from Real this season…… with such a line up, they should give barca hell…..
I also have high expectations from my beloved MU, as this is a pretty big blow- seein as Ronaldo is one of our highest scorers- but they WILL recover.
That is what i love bout MU…. never can or will be destroyed for good, they always make a come back……
Good luck at Real again, CR7.

Oh and the fact regarding long shots, well in Liga there are many long goals. Ronaldinho was one who would get loads. (Mentioned him because he and C.Ronaldo were compared alot). But there are many players in Liga likes of Gerrard and Lampard who thrive on long goals. But comparing the two leagues Spanish league teams play a more passing game, where as Premiere league, even the defenders will take a shot if they have a lil space. Mostly because of the massive pitch in UK.

  • James

Well when a player is transferred within the same league he still has to blend in, that’s the aspect everywhere.

My suggestion to Perez would be to consider some defenders. Kaka in the squad already, Ronaldo bid accepted, and David Villa’s move imminent.

    Ronaldo
    Kaka
    Villa
    Van der Vaart
    Van Nistlerooy
    Robben
Raul (getting old now, should retire)
    Higuain

Strike force to score goals is there, but considering the defenders:

Cannavaro (who is moving to Juventus)
    Pepe (amazing defender)
    Metzelder
    Heinze
    Sergio Ramos

Casillas firm on goal if Perez gets some decent (considering the money he can get the best) defenders. Real Madrid is looking at a very … VERY successful year.

Despite Real’s tactics, I am looking forward to Real’s comeback in La Liga. I already am inquiring about subscribing to the tv station that will carry the most games….what can I say? I love to be entertained.

Best of luck to CR. This will make for a great rivalry against Barca. With CR and Messi out to prove a lot on the same playing field now, I think the highlights will be out of this world next season.

My heart goes out to Man U, but well done job in building this talent. I can’t wait to see who is brought in with the transfer fee and I do not think Man U will miss a beat next season. CFC is coming for blood next season so spend wisely.

Despite the loss to the EPL, I think this is good overall for the game…there is more to benefit than there is to lose for everyone involved…enjoy the show!

Also, I rarely ever see La Liga players score from nearly 40 yards….. but then again, my region mainly gets Major League Soccer, Premiership, and Serie A games…… so i rarely ever get to even watch la liga…..

  • Brad

    0 0

Ur right James but, seein as Ronaldo has been in England so long, he has gotten used to all the space. THAT means, if he goes to Real, he’ll HAVE to get used to such crowded fields.
    Cheers…..

  • James

    0 0

Then I believe he will perform better…why?

Considering the pitch sizes in England (massive!) Ronaldo finds the space easily.
But in La liga the pitches are little smaller, hence a lot of closing down, he will have to put an extra effort in beating his markers and finding space. Honestly that’s what people want to watch from him. Tricks and stuff…entertainment. His goals is bonus.

Kaka is already in for playmaking.

  • Brad

    0 0

Most likely the same or WORSE. the refs probably wouldnt like for his small flaw…. allright, pretty big flaw of divin, an plus, la liga has different style…. somethin bout bein more crowded, and we all know ronnie thrives on space, which explains his 39 yard goal durin the quarterfinals… too much space, and i say that even though i am a MU fan…..

  • James

Emm, if you people bevlieve that Ronaldo is a class player then it wouldn’t take him long to getting used to laLIGA. I mean, when Van Nistlerooy left Man U for Real in mid season, he ended up being the top scorer of the league =O
So things about getting used to laLIGA is bullcrap. He’ll be fine.
What he will need to watch out is fouling, refs in Spain are not so easy going like the english. Beckam can be an example, several card/suspensions.

England relys on media heap a lil too much, for instance, a random player will come off the bench and score 3 goals (might had luck on his side that day), next day english papers will packed with news of that player and comparisons with legends. I mean, comon, new kid around the block riding on luck score some good goals in just 1 match people start comparing him with Zidane…please.

Owen, Rooney, typical examples. Rooney is still pretty good but not as good as English players described him lol. Compared him with Pele ffs.

I would say if Ronaldo went to REAL, he would perform the same if not better.

Real should give up this tactic of destabilizing players and address their interest and politics with the team managers, as opposed to the player themselves. Their tendency to create these situations really makes them seem cheap, sleazy, non trustworthy and leaves a bad public image…well, at least to me it does. I know Real will never win anything with their current tactics and philosophy. They should humble themselves and grow from within, rather than trying to play the ‘Friendly Stranger’ and take from everyone else (i.e. take note from the Treble Champs Barcelona).

They play a dirty game off the pitch and it gets them nowhere – I guess this is why they get nowhere on the pitch as well. What goes around will come around.

Real – you are too established and well respected to be acting in these petty ways. I do believe that many are being turned off from Real – maybe even players themselves. Show some class that your fans can brag about, as opposed to dirty tactics/politics that embarrass your organization.

Am I the only one that feels this way? Maybe I am blinded and other teams do this as well? None more than Real to me tho – it is unbearable to watch or hear anything about Real right now.

Ronaldo will be Ronaldo where ever he goes – it is the team that will make him or break him and there are not many that can help him more than Man U. Can you imagine the havoc Barca would create if he played there? haha…it makes me grin just thinking about it.

No to Ronaldo in Real. Go to Barca or stay with Man U. I wouldn’t even say come to Chelsea b/c we’d be happier kicking your culo on another team than we would be actually playing with you.

    Keep the comments coming super-fans.
