Sanchez for Draxler – Arsenal and PSG swap deal?

January could see a hugely exciting swap deal take place between Arsenal and Parisian super club PSG, according to the Guardian. The deal would see German international Julian Draxler join the Gunners, while Alexis Sanchez would become part of an already stacked PSG attack.

With Sanchez’s contract expiring in the summer Arsenal need to act quickly if they are going to prevent him from leaving for free at the end of the season. It doesn’t look like the Chilean will pen a new deal however so getting some sort of return from the valuable player before the summer is a priority.

Arsene Wenger has revered Julian Draxler for a while now and the 24-year old German is struggling for game time at PSG due to the recent acquisitions of Neymar and Mbappe. A move to London could be appealing for the versatile youngster, and he could be a good player in the Premier League given his height and pace.
