Competition: Irish Airtricity League
Market: Shamrock to win against Drogheda
Odds: 1/3 @ Bet 365

Shamrock Rovers welcome Drogheda United to the Tallaght Stadium in the Irish Airtricity League tonight, and are big favourites to come out on top given their fine form in recent weeks. Rovers could move up a place in the table and narrow the gap to second with a win while United risk finishing the day bottom if results go against them.

Stephen Bradley’s Shamrock Rovers side are currently fourth in the Irish Airtricity League with 29 points from 19 games this season, coming off the back of three wins and a draw from their last five outings. Rovers have been formidable on home soil too, boasting four wins and two draws from their previous six, and should see past Drogheda as a result.

As for the visitors, Pete Mahon’s Drogheda United side find themselves six places and 12 points worse off than Shamrock in the division, having gone eight games without a win. United have lost four of their last six away outings ahead of tonight’s clash, and as a consequence Bet 365 are giving odds of 1/3 for Shamrock to win against Drogheda.
