Competition: World Cup Qualifier
Market: Wales to win against Serbia
Odds: 7/5 @ Bet 365

Wales host Serbia at Cardiff City Stadium in tonight’s World Cup Qualifier, and are favourites to come out on top to boost their hopes of a top-two finish in the group.

Chris Coleman’s side have had a lukewarm start in the qualifiers and can’t afford anything less than a win this evening to ensure they are on par with the two sides ahead of them in the table.

Currently third in Group D with five points from their first three games, Wales have made a decent start to their qualifying campaign. However, Chris Coleman’s side know they need a result tonight as Serbia are currently leading the table with a two-point advantage on Wales.

Victory at Cardiff City Stadium would potentially see Wales go top of Group D if Republic of Ireland fell short in their respective international, and with four points from their two home games, they’ve shown they’re a threat in their own backyard. Serbia, however, are no slouches.

The visitors are top of the group with seven points from a possible nine, having beaten Moldova and Austria. A strong outfit given their position in the table, but with the Republic of Ireland taking a point off them, Wales will fancy their chances of going one better. Bet 365 are giving odds of 7/5 for the Dragons to see past the Serbs.
