Wesley is hoping to secure a move away from Werder Bremen before the Brazilian transfer window closes on April 30.

The midfielder arrived at the Weserstadion from Santos in 2010 but he has made just 25 Bundesliga appearances for the club and is reportedly keen to return to Brazil.

“My agent will come to Bremen this week for talks with (sporting director) Klaus Allofs,” the 24-year-old told Bild.

“Then we’ll see.”

Wesley, who has been capped twice by Brazil, won the Campeonato Paulista and Copa do Brasil with Santos in 2010.
